1 · Client agreement · v2026‑09

The contract between you and Capital Asset Corporation LLC

It covers who may open an account (18 or over, not resident in a restricted jurisdiction), identity verification, how orders are accepted and executed, margin and close‐out, and how either side may end the relationship.

Points people ask about: positions may be closed automatically if your margin level falls below 50%; we may cancel trades that result from a manifest pricing error; you are responsible for the security of your login; changes to fees or terms are notified 30 days in advance by email.

What can go wrong, specifically

CFDs are leveraged. A small move in the underlying produces a large gain or loss relative to margin, and losses can accrue faster than you can react. Most retail clients lose money trading CFDs. Negative balance protection caps the loss at your account balance; it does not prevent losing all of it.

Markets gap over weekends and around scheduled releases, so a stop may be filled at a worse price than set. Crypto CFDs are considerably more volatile than other asset classes. Past performance of any instrument or robot is not a reliable indicator of future results.

How your orders are filled

We act as principal to your trades and hedge our net exposure with external liquidity providers. Prices are aggregated from several providers. We take all sufficient steps to obtain the best possible result considering price, cost, speed and likelihood of execution, and we publish execution quality statistics quarterly.

Market orders fill at the next available price, which may differ from the quoted one; slippage is passed on symmetrically, positive or negative. Limit orders fill at the limit or better. Stop orders are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed stop is purchased.

What we collect and why

Identity documents, contact details, financial information for the appropriateness assessment, and your trading activity. We use them to run the account, to meet anti‐money‐laundering and record‐keeping obligations, and to improve the platform.

We do not sell personal data. We share it with regulators when required, with identity‐verification and payment providers to perform their functions, and with the banks that hold client money. You can request access, correction or deletion (subject to statutory retention) at [email protected].

Scout, Apex and Quantum

The robots trade your account automatically, within the budget and daily loss limit set on it. They do not take your personal circumstances into account and nothing they do is a personal recommendation. They can and do make losing trades, and no level guarantees a profit. Any published results are historical and unaudited unless stated otherwise.

You can pause a robot, change its settings or close its trades at any time. You remain responsible for every trade on your account, including trades placed by a robot you started and trades you place yourself.
